Rihanna has made music history with her latest accomplishment. At 36, she is now the top solo female artist with the most diamond-certified hits.

Rihanna took to media to proudly announce her achievement with a post that read, “Ain’t no back [and] forth,” alongside a graphic highlighting her as the female artist with the “Most Diamond Singles” and the “Most Diamond Certified Titles.” Her music label, Roc Nation, also celebrated the milestone.

Fans celebrated her success while reminding her they’re eagerly awaiting her next album, R9. With over eight years since her last release, Anti, the anticipation for new music is high.

Rihanna’s latest milestone includes four new diamond certifications from the RIAA, adding to her previous three and bringing her total to seven.

Her diamond hits include her 2007 collaboration with Jay-Z, “Umbrella,” and her 2016 track with Drake, “Work.” On May 31, her songs “Needed Me” from Anti and “Stay” from Unapologetic also reached diamond status. In April, her iconic 2012 single “Diamonds” earned diamond certification, fittingly adding to her sparkling discography.

Among her other diamond-certified hits are her 2010 collaboration with Eminem, “Love the Way You Lie,” and her 2011 single with Calvin Harris, “We Found Love,” which received its diamond certification in April 2023.

But beyond the accolades and records broken, Rihanna’s success serves as an inspiration to all aspiring artists, especially women, showing that with talent, perseverance, and a relentless drive to push boundaries, anything is possible.

Stay tuned.
